Ricciardo Earthmoving is proud to partner with Focus Building on the next stage of the Kardinya Park Shopping Centre’s redevelopment. This significant project aims to modernise the shopping precinct and improve its functionality and accessibility for the local community.
Our scope of work focuses on preparing the site for the exciting new upgrades. The project involves:
- Demolition and site clearance of existing car parks
- Piling pad preparation for new structures
- Bulk excavation and the removal of 15,000m³ of material
- Construction of an 8,000m² asphalt car park
